Free audit — No obligation

Find out why your competitors outrank you.

Send us your domain and three competitors. We'll come back with where you're losing ground, what's technically broken, and which keywords are genuinely winnable in the next six months — not a list of 400 terms you'll never touch.

Get your free SEO visibility check

Two business days. A prioritised read on where you stand and what's actually achievable.

No 400-keyword spreadsheet. A short list of things worth doing, ranked.

We're on it.

A real person is running your audit now. You'll have it in your inbox within two business days — no automated PDF, no sales sequence.

Ranking reports are easy. Honest ones are rare.

Anyone can send you a PDF showing you rank 47th for a keyword nobody searches. The useful question is narrower: of the searches that have a buyer behind them, which ones can you realistically win, and what stands between you and winning them?

That's what this check answers. It includes the uncomfortable version — if a market is too competitive for your current authority, we'll say so rather than sell you a twelve-month retainer into a wall.

The checklist

What we actually check

This is the same diagnostic pass we run internally. Nothing is held back for a paid version.

Technical health

  • Crawlability, indexation waste and pages that shouldn't be indexed at all
  • Core Web Vitals and how speed is affecting your rankings
  • Redirect chains, canonical conflicts and broken internal links
  • Structured data coverage and validation errors

Competitor gap

  • Keywords your three competitors rank for and you don't
  • Where their content is deeper, better structured or simply more current
  • Backlink profile comparison and how big the authority gap really is
  • An honest read on which gaps are closeable and which aren't

Content & intent

  • Pages competing with each other for the same keyword
  • Thin service pages that should be doing more work
  • Whether your page format matches what search results actually reward
  • Content that's ranking but not converting

Local visibility

  • Google Business Profile completeness and category selection
  • Citation consistency across directories
  • Local pack position for your priority terms, per location
  • Separate reads for global markets where both apply
The deliverable

What you get back

A document a human wrote, not an automated score with a logo on it.

A winnable keyword list

Short, commercial, and ranked by effort against likely return.

Technical fix list

Prioritised by impact, with the ones you can do yourself marked.

Competitor read

Where they're beating you and what it would take to close it.

A realistic timeline

How long meaningful movement would actually take in your market.

Questions

Before you hand over your details.

Automated tools produce a score and a list of 200 issues with no sense of what matters. A person looks at yours, weighs the issues against your market and your commercial goals, and tells you which five things to do. The tools are inputs; the judgement is the product.

It's more useful with read access to Google Search Console and GA4, because we can see what you're actually getting impressions for. Without them we can still do the technical and competitor analysis from the outside.

We'll tell you. That's genuinely one of the more valuable outcomes of this audit — knowing that your money is better spent on Google Ads for the next twelve months while you build authority slowly is worth more than a retainer that was never going to work.

Yes, and we treat them as separate problems. Different search volumes, different competitor sets, different local ranking factors. If you're targeting both, say so on the form and we'll report on both.

Two business days. If you've given us competitors and Search Console access it'll be considerably more useful, so it's worth the extra minute.
